ST. MATTHEW YOUTH ARE 2009 DISTRICT BIBLE BOWL CHAMPS!
Congratulations to the youth Bible Bowl team from St. Matthew, which won the 2009 Central Illinois District Bible Bowl held in Springfield, Illinois on Sunday, March 29. Â Team members included Gina De Loose, Jakob Dodd, Ryan Mueller, and Anna Teggatz. Â The team was coached by Leah Dodd. Â Questions for this year’s event were based on the life of David (1 Samuel 16 to 1 Kings 2), and a total of 15 teams from the District competed.
